All of our accessories are handmade in Stillwater, Minnesota. This means all of our products are unique and may have slight differences in the placement of designs and patterns.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE BANDANAS?

Lightly hand wash in cold water with color safe detergent and lay flat to dry.

We ship worldwide! Anywhere you live, you can receive Olive & S!

Important (For International orders outside of the United States): We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties as this depends and varies on your country. Any customs or import duties are charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting customs centers. In the event of a return or package being sent back, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. This also includes purchases that received international free shipping, shipping fees will be deducted from purchase price if returned or sent back. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs delays.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately since each item is made to order, we currently do not accept returns. If the item does not fit your fur friend we will do our best to help you find the right size for an exchange. All products must be unworn and in perfect condition in order to exchange for a different size. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us by email with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

 

Please always monitor and watch your pet while wearing our products. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the pet, human or product due to misuse.
